From request to recovery in four steps.

Book care in minutes

Everything happens in the JagaU app — choose a service, set the time and address, pay securely, and a verified provider near you is on the way.

Create your patient profile

Download the app, register with your phone number, and add the patient's details, address and any medical notes.

Place a request

Choose the service (nursing, GP, physio, TCM, escort), preferred date and time, and describe what's needed. The price is shown before you confirm.

Pay securely, get matched

Pay in-app via Curlec. Your request is broadcast to verified providers nearby; the first to accept is assigned and you see their profile, ratings and ETA. You may reject the assigned provider and we'll re-match you.

Visit & report

The provider checks in on arrival, completes the visit, and submits a visit report with vitals and notes to your care record. Rate your experience afterwards.

Your money is protected. Payment for home-care requests is held by JagaU and only released to the provider after the visit is completed. If no provider accepts, or you cancel before a provider is assigned, you are refunded in full automatically. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Ordering rehab equipment

  1. Browse JagaU Mart in the app — JagaU items, partner supplier items, or pre-loved listings from other patients.
  2. Add items to your cart, choose purchase or rental, and select a saved delivery address.
  3. Pay online via Curlec or select cash on delivery where offered.
  4. Track your order status until delivery. Rental returns are arranged through the app.
