Home care services
Prices below are the platform's standard base rates per visit within the Klang Valley. The exact price for your request is shown in the app before you confirm and pay. Requests outside coverage areas or at unsociable hours may attract a surcharge that is always displayed before payment.

Visit packages
Save on repeat care. Package visits are served by the same nurse wherever possible for continuity of care. Packages are valid for 6 months from purchase; unused visits are refundable — see our Refund Policy.
1 Nursing / Wound Care Visit
Pay per visit, no commitment.
5 Nursing / Wound Care Visits
RM 70 per visit — save RM 50. Same nurse for all visits where available.
Sponsored Care Package
Verified B40 households receive subsidised recurring visits; packages can also be sponsored by zakat/CSR donors.
JagaU Mart — rehab equipment
Hospital beds, wheelchairs, walking aids and respiratory equipment delivered and set up at home. Rent for recovery or buy for long-term care.
Price list
Purchase or rent rehabilitation equipment with delivery to your home. Rental items require a refundable deposit shown at checkout. Pre-loved items listed by other patients are sold on a cash-on-delivery or postage basis directly between buyer and seller.

Delivery within Klang Valley: RM 15 per order (free for orders above RM 300). Delivery outside Klang Valley quoted at checkout. Full catalogue, stock availability and partner supplier listings are in the JagaU app.
For healthcare providers & suppliers
JagaU charges providers a commission on completed jobs and requires a refundable service deposit that guarantees service quality. Patients are never charged these fees.
